I have been using Blinkit almost every single day for daily essentials. Recently experienced very sad situation I ordered Arhar Dal 2 KG cost 600/- approx . The product on delivery was found spoiled/damaged and not edible. I shared details with Blinkit it took few days for them to decide next steps. It was a daily essential so could not wait long and I purchased the it from local grocery store. I asked them to refund the amount or get me some other item for same amount but Blinkit refused to do so. The only option given to me was we can replace the same product. I lost the trust in same brand hence I refused to receive same brand but I was still open to receive any other brand . Blinkit could not cater my small request and my money is stuck. Being a regular Customer I expected a high level of service from Blinkit but they failed to meet my expectations. I have deleted the app and will never recommend use of any online app for daily essentials when they are not flexible to handle customer dissatisfaction even when there product was damaged. Local grocery shops do take real time actions on such issues. I can share pictures of product I received .

I really don’t want to do this, but I have to today, I ordered kulfis and ice cream, one of the ice cream was completely melted, and they came to take the item, I refunded, however, it was really unnecessary, and without asking me where I want the refund, they gave me a coupon, and the agent I spoke to said I agreed to it, where as I never said okay to get a refund as a coupon. Blinkit is such a messed up online store that there are times when we order something by mistake and don’t want it, but they won’t take the return and not ready to return. We have to keep it even if we don’t need it, now for an ice cream which was already melted when it arrived, and I raised an issue within 3 mins of receiving the order, they wanted to come and take the item, which would just go to dustbin, it was not edible at all, it was a vanilla flavour but it turned off white, when it melted, not sure why… also I give a 1 star rating to all my orders as they charge delivery fee of ₹16, and handling fee every-time we order but they don’t handle well and don’t deliver good quality items. I don’t recommend this all. I would suggest going for other delivery companies, the service on Blinkit is not good either. I highly don’t recommend to anyone to use Blinkit. Go out and buy things yourself, walk out a little as an exercise, otherwise Ofer from different delivery companies. Very bad service, very disappointed.

Today I order couple of vegetables from Blinkit. They gave me an incorrect order. While I was on chat with one of the customer support person, he was really behaving badly and not even accepted my feedback or concern. I gave him a suggestion to be pushed ahead, that if I a customer faces such issue, then the feedback mechanism should be really good. I suggested him that if you giving customers an option of refund or replacement, then they should clearly mention in that option itself that how much time will take it get the refund or replacement. Instead of that it reflected that information post selecting the option. Not only he didn’t acknowledged my feedback or suggestions, he was unnecessarily arguing and disrespecting as well. He right away said no app does that , making me feel that it was my mistake that I placed an order here. As a customer it’s my right to share feedback and atleast expect acknowledgment against it. Very bad experience I had today. I would request if anyone can atleast acknowledge it and make sure at least if a customer is disappointed by the service then atleast the customer experience support staff should be humble enough to communicate. Just saying “No, it’s not possible”, “ no you are wrong” , such kind of comments coming from a company really disappoints the customer.

I ordered my Blinkit parcel at 12:06 am.The parcel was supposed to reach me in 8 mins and the delivery partner arrived at the location and didn’t move for 40 minutes after which I get a call from support team from a guy called deabpriya saying the driver does not understand your location and please call him to explain. When I called the driver named Sachin he told me that there was a leakage issue with the parcel that’s why he was running late then I get contacted from the support team again saying that I will have to cancel my order and reorder on the app after waiting for an hour???Then when I do so my order gets cancelled again and the support team saying that’s it’s out of delivery location and that it will cancelled and I have to reorder than I did it again and then called the driver after the message stating order packed and he talked to me very rudely saying that it’s not his problem that the store is out of service from the area of my residency Blinkit autoassigns the store so in what sense is it my fault or problem and now I have ordered again and from the same store it is now being delivered after 1 and a half hour. I am not being offered any sort of compensation as your customer support executive stated that there is no option of compensation worst service ever I am going to switch to Zepto and hope to never see Blinkit face ever again
