Good UI. But, features not working.

When I try to order a cheque book, after giving MTPIN it says Generic Error. At time’s when I try to access cheque services, especially at the night times, it says service not available, rendering this feature a total useless. I have activated finger print to access the app. But every time I open the app, I have to tap on the fingerprint option so that I can access the app via fingerprint. Why can’t that option get activated as soon as I open the app, like all other banking apps.

Trouble registering Allahabad bank account

App is not working, I need to do some urgent transactions, got blocked on server error on app launch.

I was getting the issue to get my self register in the app, then I used Indian bank ATM and registered my phone number for mobile banking, I registered successfully after sms verification in the app. Those who cannot use their Allahabad debit card please use Indian bank atm.

Rubbish app

Indian bank is the worst bank and the worst services by the bank employee and customer service. App is utter rubbish to use even after adding beneficiaries the app is not showing beneficiary. If my company salary account wouldn’t been in this shitt Indian bank i would never have my account with them in my entire life. Worst worst worst
