How to login with Savings and Current account, both?
It is indeed much improved to what I used few years back... but still limited options and most importantly I still can’t log in to my Current account- infact I don’t find any provision for the same.
I have logged in with my savings account and my credit card. Enough information for handy use.
Please let me know about how to add two accounts in the same app, both having same registered mobile number. Thanks.

Worst app and worst experience
I paid my Airtel broadband bill through IndusInd mobile bank app but it's still not credited to Airtel but my money got deducted. I spoke to the customer care department (connecting to a customer care executive is another painful experience) and an executive told me that the payment status is showing pending and I need to check with the merchant (in this case the merchant is Airtel). So I called up Airtel and spoke to a CC executive and provided the transaction ID. He told that Airtel has not recieved any such transaction and since the paymen status remains pending he asked me to call up the IndusInd Customer Care again. I again called up IndusInd and spoke to a CC executive and he said the money which I paid will be credited back to my account in 3 working days. I asked him what's the use of having a mobile banking app and as usual I received a robotic response "We apologise".
Really I'm saying this app is worthless and taking to a CC executive is more painful. We never get any solution from them. They are just robots in a human form. Such a disgusting experience. Such a worst app development team. I really wonder whether these folks even look at other UPI apps how they are working efficiently. This IndusInd mobile banking app is a waste that simple occupies our phone space.
Useless app and a horrible experience using it
A pretty useless app. Mobile banking apps are supposed to make one’s life easier. But this app does just the OPPOSITE!
When you launch the app, it will get stuck and stay stuck before it even shows you the option to login! Not sure what it is working at/ processing at that moment when one hasn’t even logged in. Then, the login will seldom happen in the first attempt. Apparently, the app tells you that you aren’t connected to the internet, where your phone would be fully connected to the wifi and every other application would be able to access it. IF, you’re lucky enough, the app will allow you to get in, but then will again complaint that it is unable to connect to the internet in the middle of activities like fund transfer. One understands this may happen on cellular network as the connectivity may be intermittent. But on Wifi?! That too an Airtel high speed optical fibre connection?! And when other application connect to the internet just fine?!
Horrible experience! Would rather just terminate my relationship with IndusInd bank because of this experience and open an account with a bank which is capable enough of developing a stable mobile application...
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
