UPI payment method’s not working!
Hi,
I have been using the app for all my MF investing. It was working all well until last few weeks, but suddenly the UPI payment method stopped working for me.
When I make additional purchase of units of any scheme, I used UPI as the payment method and the transaction use to complete successfully. However, in the last couple of weeks, when I choose UPI while checkout, it doesn’t launch the UPI app and the user remains in the same screen. Please fix it to enable smoother transactions experience. Thanks.
Few points to be taken care of, but Good improvement
The reason I haven’t given five stars is that there are small improvements possible. One of the examples is as below. When you log in, it asks you for user ID or email address. The login does not take place unless you put user ID. If you’re not aware of this fact, you would think that the password is going wrong and you will try to reset the password. But if you just change the email address to user ID, you can successfully login. I reset the password twice then to try for user ID driven login. And it worked.
Good for viewing but not purchase
This app is good for viewing the portfolio. But if you purchase through it, they never provide same day’s NAV even if you make the payment well before the cutoff time. They will always give next day’s nav. So, good for buying only if you are not trying to time the market fall. Rest, it’s a good application.
