Manage Payee is most important feature is not working properly. Whenever we try to add new payee it showing error like connectivity issue try again later. I tried from straight 3 days but I unable to add payee . Need to Work on the basic features like this. UPI option is coming soon, you guys should forgot UPI most of the time basic feature of this app is not working. After the transaction bank balance is also not updating on time.

I’ve been waiting since last one year to login into this new. All I’m getting in return is “Invalid Mobile Number” . If my number is invalid & not registered with BOM then why do I receive all transactional messages? Since I receive all messages & notifications then why am I not able to log into App ? Moreover that , employees at bank are useless who isn’t helping me out with this issue. I requested them in written to close my account - their reply is wait for few days your app should work . One year ???? Your app takes one year to update, register and to work ? Are you guys are a joke or for real ? Private sector banks has much better working app than yours.

Your other accounts are not visible in this app. Like Home Loan, Recurring etc. Account Payee cannot be managed properly. As per other Bank service and app facility this app is only used for second option when your all options are not available. Please do not use Bank of Maharashtra app and net banking...
