Suddenly logout and not able to login again
This App is useful to track claim details, until it automatically logs out. Not able to login at all after that. I am using with Oracle corporate login and after entering credentials App just logs out automatically and shows waiting animation with the keyboard active in bottom of the screen. Even reinstalling the app does not solve the problem. This is second time I am facing the problem and unfortunately this is coinciding with the hospitalisation time !!! (May be using the app mainly during hospitalisation time). So during a hospitalisation time this App is completely useless!!!
Worst service one can get
I had very bad experience with the service and i wish i never have to avail the wonderful service in my life. I called up the customer care for getting the policy details for certain treatments and the support staff dont have any information and asked me to send a mail to backend team. The ticket was raised and i was promised a response in 24 hours but the wait was in vein and i reached to the customer care atleast 10 times over phone. I got the assurance from customer care executive that the treatment i am looking for is available and it is covered without any upper limit and only condition is to bear 10% copay which was known to me. I went ahead with treatment and the hospital presented the claim and to my surprise the claim was given half the amount and denied any further amount stating the limit for that treatment is exhausted. The hospital got the response in few hours but my ticket asking for clarification was still pending after a week. I reached out to the customer care just to listen a sorry from their end and no proper support was given. I had to run around in short span to arrange amount to get discharge from the hospital else they would charge for an additional day if i dont clear the bill on same day. So it is better to go without insurance and never fall for the kind of service offered. Its all in paper never work in real time

Customer policy details itself not provided in app or very basic or minimum details provided about policy.
If customer want to go for any operation, how do a customer know if that operation covered under his/her policy?
Let me guess call customer care or email? Then what is the use of App 😁
If a customer care know what is covered or not covered under an employee policy, then why can’t you put the same detail with search option in the app? Customer has right to know the complete details of policy. You guys yourself increasing call volume by not providing information in app, which customers needed most.
Also, Lots of issues in the app, when I tried to raise a ticket I could not submit because an app error. So now your support section itself is not supportive again leading to increased call volume.

FAQ doesn’t answer all the policy details questions. There website doesn’t work on Mobile Safari browser. Person needs a laptop and a compatible browser to see their policy details.
If any Employer is reading my Review please find other better third party next year instead of Medi Assit. There app and policy both are useless and we are loosing lot’s of employee money by investing in Medi Assit. Why? As customer is not easily able to find what is covered or not covered before going for their operation.
