Delete the message at once
am writing to suggest a feature that would greatly improve the user experience of your massage app. Currently, it can be tedious and time-consuming for users to delete individual messages one by one. I believe that adding a feature to allow users to delete all messages at once would make the app much more user-friendly and efficient. By adding this feature, users would be able to easily clear out their message history without having to spend a lot of time scrolling through and deleting individual messages. This would also help to free up storage space on their device, as they would not need to keep unnecessary messages. I hope that you will consider implementing this feature in your app. I believe that it would greatly improve the overall user experience and make your app even more popular among users.
Important feedback
Very bad technical service. There are a lot of technical issues while browsing.
Servers are very slow to transfer data even we are using best data plan with fastest network...
Especially message sending and delivering are very slow...and in calls also mostly occurring errors. And when we went offline still it showing online for 3 minutes even we removed the app from recent list....
You have to solve this problem immediately otherwise so many users are disappointed and will be uninstalled the app.
My dear fb staff you have to give best service and quality output to the public where we all a family together. It’s our responsibility to improve services.
Improve Group Chat
Cannot reply to a specific person on their specific message in group (like on whatsapp) and cannot check who’ve seen mine message in group (again like whatsapp) and one more thing....I uninstalled and re installed my messenger and login again but still dealing with same prob that it’s showing my last third profile picture to me on it and not the recent one and also some messages sent by in a group disappeared and i do refresh again n again but still can’t see them and they start showing again the next day....So what’s all this? Messenger’s Haunted ?
