Very good service. Their customer support is good.

Issues like “ride not completed” occur sometime and your account goes into negative, that needs fixing.
Mine got fixed after a mail, so thanks for the quick response. But raising complaints should be easy, the options are confusing.

Also, more parking stands per bike is needed in my society, because many times it’s full, and you have to go back all the way to put the bike on stands, and come back walking on feet. Which defeats the purpose.

I understand it’s a beta version of your app. One major feature that the app lacks is auto refresh. I should not be asked to refresh the page when the ride ends. Also to view the stats of recently completed ride one has to either refresh the page manually or has to toggle between Completed & Ongoing tabs, which again is not a good user experience.
Other than that it’s a nice app to start with. Btw your bikes are mostly well maintained. I love using them, it’s fun and keeps me fit ❤️

Hi, we liked this concept of renting bicycle and making it available in apartment complex. After seeing your station in our apartment complex, installed the app to try it out .

But it’s asking for date of birth as a mandatory field to proceed - don’t understand why you would mandate sensitive personal info like date of birth to rent a bicycle - if need be, you could collect age group demographic like 30-40, 40+ or ask for declaration of above 18 to avoid renting to kids ..

Did not proceed due to this reason and giving 1 star as this is a show stopper issue to avail this service by me . Thanks
