Buttons not implemented

Looks like this app has been launched without any testing, many buttons don’t do anything, for example at home page there is a big button with title Call us 1912, it doesn’t do anything.
In online complaint registration screen also submit button doesn’t work. I am using iPhone 13

Worthless App

What a horrible app to begin with!
It does completely nothing and a waste of a download. Power cuts are irregular in my area and 1912 does nothing, can’t reach a person, just an automation registers the complaint and calls after 2-3 hours of no power. No reason for power cut and this app is just worthless.

Worst app worst experience

I try to use it on iphone8, When i click use as a guest and click on pay bill then it shows blank text boxes only. Don’t know where to enter what value? When i click on customer service same screen appear with 3 text box and don know what values to be entered?
Really worst development. Not even one star rating.
