iPhone X support?
It’s been a long time since iPhone X was launched! Apple is about to launch the next model now!! It’s a shocker that you still did not find time to update the interface! Also please resolve the issue of ur servers. I am not able to link my insurance! Not sure why I have to do that manually in the first place!!
Update: when I mean iPhone X support.. I mean using the app in full screen and not just running the app in a mode where it is obvious I can see the black bar on the top and bottom. I don’t need to send any screenshots.. u can run and u should see how it looks on iPhone X . It’s disappointing when u say it runs smoothly on iPhone X without accepting the fact that the designs need to be updated for iPhone X and app has to run in full screen.

App needs improvements
First of all I’m glad that Babu’s at SBI could even come up with this. But there are some glaring shortcomings of this app. First of all it’s crashing frequency. It keeps crashing on me all the time everytime. Second is the decluttering of design. I think SBI needs to move away from Chinese way of making apps which is very packed and loaded and overwhelming to use. The app needs to be seriously decluttered. Please use the help from Apple’s design cues to design a finely proportionate, extremely decluttered app. Last, I get irritated knowing that you’re trying to promote your products through this app within the app. I take serious objection to this. If you wish to advertise use the login screen. But within the app let the app be only and only about banking and no product advertising.
Hope SBI is listening.
Too many technical issues

You created a very beautiful UI but i am having way too many technical issues. Even after entering my proper credentials, it loads for 5-10 seconds (on good internet connection) and then it shows “Due to some technical issue, my request cannot be processed.” After several restarts i made it to OTP page and then another issue, my OTP didn’t come until 3-4 minutes and when i hit the resend OTP, the first OTP was received and it was invalid. This all summed up to be a lot on inconvenience. I had some urgent funds to deal with but due to this i am forced to reach for a laptop/ desktop. Please fix this ASAP.
