Worst cell service

The truth part dos
Every time I travel to a new country to run out of my “unlimited” data my phone loses connection. This time with customer service I get the usual Indian speaking tech screaming over 15 other people crammed in the same room talking to other customers. He’s skipping steps as if I know what I’m doing. Then when I delete my eSIM he failed to mention the requirements needed to add an eSIM. Then when I finally get my phone connected again (DIY IT tech) I get a voicemail from this guy. It’s him leaving a voicemail pretending that I answered. He’s telling me that I’m being silent on my end and hangs up knowing very well he is leaving a voicemail. Completely bonkers. The service is spotty at best and the international plan is super limited. Find another company and don’t bother.

We improve the app with new features and fixes in each release.
