MPDluxe is a remote controller for MPD, an open-source networked music playing system which can run on a variety of UNIX- and Linux-based systems. MPDluxe allows you to browse the music collection and saved playlists on the MPD server, play, pause and skip tracks, add tracks to and edit the current playlist, search the MPD database and control the playback mode. MPDluxe can handle music collections of any size, and is ready to work as soon as it connects to the MPD server.

New zoomable index bar in browser views, for navigating large directories; when dragging on the alphabetical index on the right of the screen, drag left to zoom in to the second letter. (On an iPad, drag up.) In the chronological view, this zooms in on the months of the year.
Playlists can now be added to the current queue in their entirety.
Some bugs have been fixed.
Also, better iPhone X display compatibility.

Added the Chronological view mode, which shows files and directories ordered by last-modification time, from most recently updated backwards. This can be useful for navigating to music recently added to a collection, or taking a trip down memory lane.

- Added a search view, allowing the MPD library to be searched by title, artist, album or genre.
- It is now possible to navigate to the folder containing any song in the playlist or search results, by swiping left on it and tapping the button.
