loan amount cannot pay more than instalment amount
There is a validation when you try to make any payment amount to your house loan. When your amount is greater than monthly instalment amount, this apps will prompt you the error. Meanwhile this validation or error is not happen in affin always website. I have no choice but go to website to make payment . And there is no biometric sign on option for us , every time logging have to input password. The UI design is very terrible as well, because the error message prompt at the top left screen, which will covered by the notch. One of the worst banking mobile apps I ever used.

Terrible Apps
Still need more improvement. I’m having lot of issue until now. I can’t even do any transactions through apps. Now after activate the TAC, I can’t even do transactions through website as well because need to approve from the AffinSecure. But AffinSecure has migrate to AffinAlways. You can’t log in through website and apps at the same time, so how am I supposed to approve??
I think you guys should separate this website function and apps. Not all the time your apps is functioning. The website function are more easy and convenient to use, unlike this apps function making both apps and website more complicated and useless.
I swear this apps is the most complicated apps for banking. The 2 stars given is for the CS agent who kind enough to contact me and raised the issue to the relevant dept. So for this apps 0 star.

PLEASE DO CONSTANT BUG FIX UPDATE
The buggiest banking app I've ever used! Please do contant bug fixes if you know that your app has a lot of bugs please.
Using AffinSecure to approve the transaction before is understandable but now all payments has to be approved in the AffinAlways app that has "Oops No connection" pop-up regularly (when I definitely has internet) and CRASHED when pressed the okay button. I can't even get pass the first page. (Uninstalled and install back doen't work btw)
And no, I don't want to contact your customer service so don't even reply the number to this review. Because for what ?? To say that your app has bugs ??? Then what ?? FIX YOUR APP.
