Affected Area Map Feature ,

Unable to use “Affected Area” map feature

I am an iPhone SE user. Thus, my phone is pretty small. I am unable to use the Affected Area map feature. This is because when the pop-out box appears to teach the step-by-step of how to use the feature, I am unable to scroll down to close the pop-up box. Thus, I can’t use the feature at all. 😅 How the app could be updated to accommodate to smaller smartphone sizes. Thank you!

Overly frequent updates with no practical function

I'm just trying to pay my bills online and I have to update this app every. single. month. And with all these "updates", I still don't see an option to download my receipt. I can only view the bill.

Once bill is paid, it's also not reflected immediately, have to wait after some time before it says I've cleared my bills. Compared to myTNB, I can honestly say the user experience between these two is HUGE.

myTNB don't have to update so frequently, bills paid will be reflected right after I make payment, and can even download my receipt immediately.

Pls improve way of work

Syabas still work like in 80s, while other utilities company improved so much, you expect poor end consumer to do all technical work just to get meter connected. You require us snap picture complete with measurements but yet after submit all the details and payment done no news from your team. When we call for follow up the response very poor and explanation given like from primary schools student. When we request to talk to the manager for technical explanation we’re not allowed. Is this kind of support you proud of??
