Alfred lets you submit tickets on defects and other issues to your condominium administrator.
To use this app, you need to be a current resident in one of our managed condominiums or apartments. Please contact your condominium's management office to see if you're eligible. Your condominium or serviced apartment must have first registered with us before you can login.
Alternatively if you have received an invite from an existing resident, please follow the instructions sent to your email to login.
• You are now able to select a category while reporting a defect.
• Minor bug fixes and miscellaneous improvements.

I had submitted the bank slip and application of request for renovation; but it doesn’t provide me status, or any proof should I wait or something for me to show to the guards.
