Needs More Work to be A Serious Banking App

I have just started using this app since I migrated certain banking account to BIMB. At first time installation, I had to repeat several times installing, deleting the app followed by restarting my phone before I could actually start setting it up. Just about 10 hours later, upon clicking open the app, I am just gettng a red blobs running in circles with not even the login page coming up.

Come on, BIMB! You can do (much, much) better if you really want your banking app to be taken serious.

Worst Bank Apps Ever

I've had the displeasure of experiencing this truly atrocious bank apps. This apps is like a slow and painful death to my financial management - with its clunky interfaces, unforgivable lags, and limited functionality. It's almost impossible to keep track of my expenses or check my account balance without wanting to pull my hair out! And don't even get me started on customer service - if you can even call it that - since this bank seems more interested in prioritizing flashy ‘over volume usage’ notice over fixing their app issues. Honestly, I don't know how they're still in business with such terrible technology on display. My advice? Steer clear of this worst bank apps if you value your sanity and financial well-being.

Disappointed with the Latest Update

I've been using this banking app for quite some time now, and while I appreciate the efforts to enhance security with the new safety features, I'm disappointed that the endless loading issues have still not been addressed.

The sluggishness and extended loading times are incredibly frustrating, especially when trying to make quick QR payments or simply logging in to check my account. It seems that the focus has shifted to adding new features instead of fixing the core functionality of the app.

I understand the importance of security, but what good is it if the app becomes virtually unusable due to the loading problems? I urge the developers to prioritize performance and stability in the next update. We, as users, don't need any more features at the moment; we just want a smooth and efficient banking experience.

Please address these issues promptly and provide us with a stable, fast, and reliable app. Until then, I can't give this update a positive review.

If the paycheck doesn’t go to this bank, its no time that I’ve switched to other better bank.
