Conti TCP is the latest tool to log and track warranty claims on Continental tyres. The app can be used by the retailer and the end consumer, when they sell or purchase Continental Tyres.
- Sell or Purchase Continental tyres from an eligible retailer / Continental Branded Retailer
- Sign Up or Log In
- Scan the tyre to add the tyre/s to the warranty
- Add relevant invoice information
- Log a claim in the event of a faulty tyre
- View pending cases

Can’t upload photo as proof!
There’s no option to upload receipt from photo album as proof
Cannot upload Proof of Purchase using the apps
Cannot upload proof of purchase using the apps. The apps immediately shut-off when tried to use camera to take photo of receipt as a proof to complete the registration of my purchase
Cant register two cars
I have registered previous tires for honda jazz.
When I bought another tires for another car, no option to add in or input new car or car no plate.
Have to use other email, phone and number
