The company has a silly policy that requires you to register your tyres 7 days from purchase. When a car has transferred ownership there is no quick way of deregistering the vehicle number plate from the previous owner’s app which means the new owner cannot register the new tyres under an existing car. Honestly, not sure what your PM was thinking but why would you need to have that limitation on car number plate in the first place since the app is for registering tyres for warranty which have a definitive expiry date + unique serial numbers. Use case completely missed.Worst of all is the feedback feature is so badly done you might as well not have it at all. There’s no history or way of contacting a CS agent directly. It’s like you can just throw your issues into thin air and hope something comes back because literally there’s nothing to tell you when you’re ever going to hear back.

Forcing users to register for warranty thru the app but the app does not even allow registration at all. Not sure what the continental team was thinking even launching such an app. There goes your brand reputation. Such a horrible user experience, makes me doubt if your tyres are just as low quality.

Worked during the first installation and tyre registration. Been a nightmare ever since. Always pestering to activate notification while not responding when pressing current tyre details and registration. Do shut the app company down. This is my first app review in 10 years of iPhone usage.

Terrible app experience. It demands access to your location, notifications, and more, and won’t let you proceed without granting them. If you miss even a single detail while filling out the form, you’re forced to start all over again.
