Problem
i don’t understand, i never logged out from my account but suddenly when i wanted to make a payment, i need to log in. and when i try to log in it stated that my id is invalid and not registered. i mean i already use the app since last month and i do make payment.. so i had to register AGAIN.
Trashy app
Downloaded few times now to see if dev did actually updated the app but the problem is still there! Everytime i clicked to submit my ID to be verified that im a cuckoo customer, it will keep saying that my nric had failed to verify, EVERY SINGLE TIME! I never missed a payment and suddenly your collection agent contacted me saying that i have not paid my bill for 3-4month, eventho everytime after i have made my payment, i will send the receipt right away to your respective personnel.. luckily the collection agent had solved the issue AFTER I SUBMITTED my past receipt.
Easy to use
1 start use cuckoo+ on sept 2018..already 8 month since use..Easy for me to booking date for service..i like to collect daily point & love when double point happened since i have watson vip card also..🥰
Sometimes it get hang..after restart my phone it getting normal again..😊
