The parking history and payment are slow sometimes when using qr system cant recognise the qr.
Worst Technical & Customer Support Service
Sometimes the QR parking have issue when scan, cannot go out or in.
Happens a few times and been going through their customer & technical support service.
When the technical support came, the QR suddenly works then giving attitude to the customer for wasting their time came to the site to do their job.
Customer facing issues here, if there’s no issues we won’t call you. And to expect customer not angry if the system not having issue is your own wishful imagination.
Only went in for less than 15 mins supposedly I don’t need to pay parking but I have to pay the parking for the time wait for their technical support to came to site to see the issue that have no solutions & answer from their end.
The only answer I get is just to go to their management and complain there.
Super app functioned
1. Easy to use and access car park.
2. Doesn’t need to queue for purchase theme park entrance ticket.
3. Easy to track the spending.
4. Getting updates on promotions, news and etc from the app.
