But the point system needs to be adjusted because the points you collected will expire after a year so all the money you spent to reach the highest member level(gives most perks) will be gone after 1 year. This is very unfair and even in a big family where the total points are combined into a single account, it is still very hard to reach the highest member level so all points awarded to us should be permanent.

This apps is useless due to there are not reflecting the latest stock in store, I.e taipan storeThere is the store for latest version of cake which is onglai & orange but in the apps never show This is not the main point, the apps policy and tue stock policy is totally different which is I can order the cake in the apps before 3 days but I can’t reserve the cake at store before 3 days although it there have the stock in the freezer, the reason is no place to store it, what the explanation. Why the apps can store the cake but actual store can’t doing this although order in apps and actual order in the same store .Conclusion, the apps is useless and make the consumer more frustrated .
