This app is an absolute disaster. The auto-location is highly inaccurate, and the "Pick Location Manually" feature is completely useless. Today, I parked at Jalan Bistari 12, but when I typed the street name in the search bar, it showed absolutely nothing—just a blank screen.I have a sufficient active balance in my account, but because of this ridiculous system glitch, I am completely unable to pay for my parking. Now I am forced to waste my time on the street while being put at risk of getting a fine (saman) from MBIP.Please fix the search database for the Skudai area (especially Jalan Bistari) immediately! Terrible user experience.

I’m very frustrated with the registration process. When I tried to create an account, the system said that my email has already been registered. However, when I clicked on “Forgot Password” to recover the account, it then said that no account is associated with this email.This is extremely confusing and inconvenient, as it leaves me stuck with no way to either log in or reset my password. Please look into this issue and fix the inconsistency as soon as possible.

Hope the app can include an option for users to cancel their active parking session.There are times when we only park at a location for a very short while before going to another area. Currently, we can't end or cancel the active parking period and we are unable to add a new parking location.This will make the app more flexible, especially for drivers who make multiple short stops in a small city area (For eg, Muar, Tangkak, etc.)

Very disappointing experience. I topped up my account, and the money was deducted from my bank account, but my app balance still showed 0. I was rushing to work and couldn’t use the service, which caused me to receive a parking fine.I contacted customer service immediately, but they did not reply for an entire day and provided no solution at all. My money was taken, but the top-up never appeared in my account, and I still ended up getting fined.
