The app is smooth, using ANPR from sg2 to hutan kampung works smoothly. I can use any lane.I also have RFID tag. Hope the app can add a feature like turn off the payment from justgo. Sometime i so want it flexible, like want to use RFID to pay from ewallet touchngo. Its best if we can have that options. U guys can improve more. All the best in future. 👍🏻👍🏻

The app is NOT user-friendly at all! I honestly don’t understand how I ended up being charged when I have been using my physical Touch ’n Go card every time I pass through the toll. Now, I’m receiving SMS messages threatening legal action if I don’t pay a small amount of RM24.Seriously? The app is confusing, the payment process is unclear, and now users have to worry about legal threats without even understanding what went wrong.Worse still, I might end up paying DOUBLE — once through my physical Touch ’n Go card and again through this stupid JustGo app! How is that fair to users? If you expect users to pay, at least make the app simple, transparent, and easy to understand. Clearly explain what the charges are for and provide a proper breakdown of toll transactions instead of sending threatening messages. Please improve the user experience. RM24 may be a small amount, but customer trust is priceless! Before asking users to pay, make sure your system is clear, accurate, and not charging them twice for the same journey.

I can’t deny the implementation of JustGo is quite good but lack of clear guidance and instructions. I was previously entitled to JPP20 which associated with the RFID. Before applying JustGo, there was no any statement mentioned the JustGo will be prioritized even went through RFID lane, despite the app was able to link my RFID. Next, when JPP20 is made available to JustGo, I was asked to cancel the RFID as it only accepts either one method. I followed the instruction and cancelled the RFID associated with JPP20 but now the JustGo app did not allow me to proceed with the JPP20 application. Contacted the customer service and emailed the relevant information with the supporting documentation and as far no proactive response received.

I like the e-Invoice and ANPR payment features. When they first launched the app, there were some issues, but they were rectified quickly. So I appreciate it. I hope the ANPR payment features can be extended to the Klang Valley soon. As someone whose hometown is in Perlis and Kedah, I truly appreciate the convenience of not having to use a specific lane for ANPR payment method when driving back.
