If every report needs to upload picture then there is no point. A lot drivers can’t take a picture of damaged roads to be uploaded.

I appreciate the idea behind this app, but the execution is very disappointing. I submitted two complaints on 15 March 2026 (one for faulty street lights and another for severely damaged road conditions), and after more than four months, both are still marked as “Dalam proses” with no updates or resolution. Today, when I tried to submit another complaint, the app repeatedly showed the error message “Ralat, Gagal menyimpan aduan.”, making it impossible to report the issue. If the app cannot reliably accept reports and existing complaints remain unresolved for months, it defeats the purpose of having such a platform. I hope the developers improve both the app’s stability and the complaint handling process.

All the reports were marked as Selesai when there was no action at all. The comments provided were, “These are not under our job scope, kindly contact JKR or TNB.” If you are going to Tai Chi here and there, push this or that report to another department, then what is the purpose of this application? It is supposed to be a one-stop centre where it gives convenience to the rakyat to inform the authority about any issues which will harm or risk road users, and the authority should contact the relevant parties to rectify the issues. If you are planning to Tai Chi here and there, what is the purpose of this app???

Thanks a lot to the ministry for introducing a very useful app and after we do the report,the action is taken as fast as possible.
