You guys have been a savior to thousands of Nigerians in this period of cashless policy😍😍

I have been hearing of failed transactions, deduction of money without reversal for weeks. I have been hearing network issues, no credit alerts from various users of different banks but I haven’t experienced that with VFD and that’s a whole lot to be grateful. Thanks for being sincere and thanks for always being our backbone.😍😍

I have actually tried to let people see and accept to bank with you for your amazing performance but they are always scared because to them it’s an “online bank”😅😊. Please V, what will be your tips on this? How best can I convince this people?

So so so disappointed with this digital bank. Could have been one of the best, but the constant system issues and downtime keeps killing its image. One thing I can say, please let vfd not be your last option in term of finances. They will definitely one day wreck you because of this choice.
I have been dealing with these issues for months and have still refused to drop this negative review, why? Like I said, it could have been one of the best. On its good day, you just wanna love it forever. Then the issues starts and you are just mentally wrecked at that moment and all those multiple good times are forgotten in a minute or so.
Today's encounter with this bank just left me no choice. Even while chatting with the obnoxious customer care guys who never and has never done anything to help with my issues, I just knew then I was dropping this review tonight. All these guys know how to do is to constantly apologize, which definitely annoys me more. No solutions or attempt to at that moment. It is just constant apology that won't get you your money at that moment, or solve your problems.

Y'all VFD, I hope you guys fix up your bank. You think it is okay, but it really isn't. I know colleagues that refuse to keep money in your bank because of the constant problems. How does this really help with your image.?

Best banking experience👏

This bank is the most reliable bank ever,I like how when I send someone money even before I share receipt to them on WhatsApp, they’ve already replied with..I got it, seen, received…with V Omo u no need to fear when u wan send money. The app always logs in, and they’re carrying out an update they’ll give u push notification, and as soon as it’s done, you can start using all the services, I love it 😍

If the developers can see this, your next update please add that feature that allows you choose a nickname for a beneficiary, it makes sending money lot more easier and faster, at times it’s very hard to remember people by the names on their bank account, the nickname is always easier to remember.
