When I have had a complaint they sort it out and have been very generous if they have inadvertently made an error. Always liked TM but this app ..

I’ve always enjoyed TM but lately this app is having so many issues it’s hard to believe really. Things I’m experiencing - Terribly low quality photos when uploading/viewing in the app (but fine on the PC) - When clicking into some listings, it takes me into what all most seems like an out of app window that isn’t as fluid, seems like older UI, not as user friendly, is always all white(when dark mode has been on) - Several random app crashes as soon as hitting the ‘start listing button’ - When writing/editing in the description box, when putting the curser to the top of the page, the keyboard then pops up moves the page down slightly so you can never see what you’re trying to edit on the top few lines of text. Your auctions don’t have any details on them apart from bids unless going into the actual listing, where’s the over few gone ?? Why would you take that away .. This is highly frustrating. Listing close times randomly changing after editing the listing !? Come on. I don’t see how an extremely well established company can have such an average performing app these days. Anyway there’s my feedback, please fix these easily fixable problems.. I hope this gets seen. Otherwise great app.
Two Unfixed glaring bugs

It’s a great app that does most things the webpage does but has two *really* annoying bugs that no matter how many times I asked them to be fixed still remain a problem. The first is that when copying bank account details received from a seller you can copy the account details but for some bizarre reason you cannot copy the auction reference number, well not on my iPhone anyway. The other is truly annoying if you like me pay $.25 to set a custom closing time for an auction and at some later time need to edit the auction. For some reason, and the website appears to do this too, the app changes the auction closing time to some other apparently random time. The last time it happened it changed the closing time from 8:30 on a Friday night to 9:30 on a Saturday morning. Every time you edit an auction you have to also check the closing time is what it is what you paid for it to be. Come in TM Dev’s, these should be easy fixes, but they remain this way for ages.
Vehicle Fuel Economy Filter

Absolutely love this app and been using it for years! When searching for vehicles please add a fuel economy filter. Being able to choose the stars and/or prices within those stars to be specific. For example 5.5/6 Stars, Annual Fuel cost $1,090. Even having a top filter option such as 'best fuel economy first'. I know there is the fuel type filter but I think it would be incredibly helpful to search purely by the fuel rating. Especially considering the increase of fuel costs in Auckland as of late. Trade Me is still by far a fantastic and well polished app. Never let me down and I highly recommend it to any Kiwi or person living in New Zealand!
