Same problem as others have noted… Have to delete and reload App almost daily. The work around shown by Les Mills staff to force the App to work unfortunately only works very infrequently. For a premium gym and brand, the quality of their App is frankly an embarrassment. It is dragging down their reputation and position in the market. I’m surprised Les Mills has not taken urgent action to fix this problem. The small cost of doing that when compared to the loss of brand value makes this fix an absolute no brainer.
Not we’ll developed
Unfortunately the app doesn’t do much, it doesn’t show you any details of your membership, it doesn’t allow you to save classes you’ve taken, it doesn’t have a goal set function… all it does is showing you the timetable but it crashes every couple of days and you can’t even open it… needs an urgent fix and improvement.
Doesn’t open, broken for 6 months !
Every time I open the app to scan-in, it doesn’t work and gets stuck the splash screen with a face looking smugly at me.
Honestly how can it take so long to fix this issue? It’s been broken for at least 6 months now.
It only works on maybe the 3-4th time after I quit and re-open the app. I just want to scan into the gym!
