Not a lot of choice

I still prefer the old app, where you parked didn’t matter, I could get out and walk away, loading the park number is annoying. Zones were easier and if I dint know I’d just pick the highest. Also 15min incriminates, are you saying the first 15min are free, if I’m going to be less than that, it’s not ticketable? Other app had smaller. A lot more time to load, if I have $100 credit why would I want to use a credit card? Just take it from credit I’d think?

Beats manual meter paying

Was so glad I found this app! Have struggled with manual meters that wouldn’t take my credit card, bailing up shops for coinage and collected tickets on the way just because I couldn’t always make those effing meters work. Now with a swipe and a click it’s sorted, I get plenty of warning if I’m going over time, no racing back to meter to refill... my only criticism is why, if the app has been around for years, did the ads for it only start appearing on the meters recently? Wished I’d known about it when it first came out.

Great app if it works.

Love the convenience / concept however it pays to have a back up payment plan as several times when I’ve wanted to use it I’m told the app has failed to download data and to restart internet! Unfortunately this seems impossible to do and all you can do is wait for app to become “usable” again. My advice would be to not load too much $$ onto the App as it appears unstable and a bit untrustworthy to actually be able to use it when you need it.
On the plus side when I’ve actually been able to use it to pay for my park I’ve not been issued any parking fines due to lack of windscreen ticket!
