Sky My Account allows you to stay in control of your Sky TV Box and Broadband services and its free to download for Sky customers.

The Sky My Account is supported on iOS Phones only. You have to be a Sky customer to use the Sky My Account app and its Free to download.

I try to see my account on this app but only get a white blank screen

App update.
Hi my app says to update, I click on it to take me to App Store and it states open, how do I update cause I can’t access my app now. ( If that makes sense. )

Cannot update
I am unable to get into it as I need to update the app. When I click update goes back to apps and says open not update. Even deleted app and reset it. Still nothing
