It works but lacking
It works but it lacks in so many areas. To update direct debit the change doesn’t occur in real time so in many cases the payment doesn’t go through from the new account. Southern Cross allows their direct debit to be updated in real time so why the manual entry resulting in 3-5 day lead times? State really do need to get their act together on that basic functionality.
The app doesn’t work
Really, State. Really?
This app may as well take you straight to the Website for all the use it is. You can't see payment history or personal details about your insurance. What a waste of time and money it was to develop this. The only saving grace is it's nice and simple, not that you get much benefit from it. If only it were more interactive. *delete*
