I can not download the new app, because I don’t have and can’t afford a ios13.
Seperate itemised amounts, for each insurance cover, is a necessity, so we can check each cover, but for goodness sake please give a full total page, so those of us that like to pay once a year have a clear “Full” Payment amount and can pay all in one payment with a personal customer number
This mucking around copying and pasting is just archaic.
Communication
Over the recent months I have needed to update my insurance sadly had to make 2 insurance claims and I have been extremely delighted with the assistance I have had and the prompt action taken on the claims communication has been exceptional. Well done AMI
Worst insurance company - moving all my policies
I had 3 policies with ami, years later when i had need for claim they accept ed my claim and got all documents and told me i would recieve money in my bank account in 3 business days. Weeks later nothing shows up in my account. When i called them they told me they should not have accepted the claim and damage to content being in transit.
You think they have your back but they will spit out some technical jargon and decline the claim.
I will take my business else where.
