Everyday banking
Make payments and transfers, check balances, manage your cards and more - right from the palm of your hand. Turn on Quick Access and you’ll be able to see chosen accounts' balances and make quick transfers without even having to log in (handy if you’re in a rush at the checkout line).

Customisation
Nickname accounts and choose their colour themes to identify them easily at a glance. You can even personalise accounts by adding your own background photos.

Stay on track
Set up alerts to get notified when important payments come in, or when your balance goes below your chosen amount. You can add goals to your savings accounts and we’ll show you your progress.

Accessibility
Our app is built to support native accessibility features. If you’ve increased text size, added high contrast to colours or changed your phone to dark mode, our app will recognise your choices and work with them. Forgot to share that you've paid that bill or reimbursed your friend for last night's dinner? No problem: go to 'Statements and receipts" on your Account screen to see and share recent payment receipts. We've also continued our usual improvements and bug fixes behind the scenes to help you bank better.

Surprisingly good banking app

The app serves well for all banking functions. Easy to use and easy on the eyes. Personally find it a annoying that transactions are listed based on processing date instead of purchased date makes it confusing when going back through statements to track down what was spent where. I don’t really care about when the payment was actually processed, knowing when I sent it out of my account is more important.

Worst Service Is Uber ,

Disappointing Service. Questionable Customer Support

Last month I went through their process of joining/opening an account with them. Sent all relevant information they required and heard nothing back from them.

I emailed last week to check in on how my application was going and they emailed back saying I had to reapply because my application from a few weeks ago was in their old system...🤷‍♂️??? No one from this bank thought to contact me earlier regarding this or even let me know there were different systems or an explanation. Sounds disorganised and shady. Trusting a bank with your hard earned cash that fails to keep you informed or customer support who does not follow up and keeps the customer waiting thinking they’re account is being processed when all along they are doing nothing. Not the best way to gain customers or keep customers. Extremely disappointed and let down.

I joined using the app, then after waiting for a few weeks without hearing from them I decided to email to check on the progress. In which they said my join us application was in the old system and I had to reapply through mobile which I had initially done but seems there are different systems that we’re (prospective customers) are not aware of so I have to reapply but wouldn’t have known if I hadn’t checked to see the progress.

Feedback

I’m very happy with the CoOp bank. They allow your own images and have a good variety of accounts. You can tailor the account order in the app and add goals to savings accounts. You can even hide savings accounts. And I like their commentary. Plus the customer service is always good. Also, we receive a share of the bank’s profits each year. I recommend this bank to all my friends, multiple times.
