App shuts down randomly, send money fails too often.
App has better UI, but the experience has been bad since the day the new version was deployed. The Send Money feature is failing consistently. It would be a miracle if I was able to send money with one try. I figured out that some of the times were because I already used up the sending limit for the day for instapay (since I also work in fintech) because there are certain amounts I could send - normal consumes wont notice but it would be nice if we the handling for such errors so that people will stop attempting to send money
The app shuts down randomly since September 26-27. I could barely use it. I have installed and uninstalled it a few times. I also cleared up some storage space, but the problem persists. This issue acts up just by simply scrolling through my cards. I am using an OPPO Zeno.
It would also be nice if we have a feature where we can just pay the cc or SOA by using a bdo debit card that is enrolled in your account. Its more concenient this way, done having to pay it through pay bills.
Bdo credit/installment card problem
I was doing fine with this app from the first day I installed it. And I always do transactions here especially to check my available balance. But just today, my credit/installment card is not in my account anymore. And there is no option to add a credit/installment card to the app which is peculiar since I was able to add it before. I also tried going to your website, but still the same problem. No credit/installment card option in adding a card. What happened bdo? Pls do something about it. You don’t know how inconvenient and irritating this is.

This app signed me out and wouldn’t sign me in!
The BDO apps worked perfectly fine until today, I copied my account number for a transaction but of course as I would recommend to everyone, always recheck, and so I did… Next thing I know it said “No account to display” and that my account could not be signed in… What? I tried signing in for hours, using my data, using my home wifi yet nothing! I honestly feel great I checked before confirming the transfer. On another note, I also think this app could be so easily hacked, the way the sign in had such little security details needed when before, signing up, they would ask for so many security questions; Your contact details, your pin, another pin, OTP, etc.
I hope whatever bug this is gets fixed, I’m just lucky I cashed out before the app signed me out. But I would like to remind BDO that this is urgent, these glitches cost people, please respect the time of your users who cannot (and honestly would not) use this app.
