Some of the functions on the app work but there are always system errors that the team at Beep never seem to resolve. I always have problems loading my Beep card and every time I try, my money gets deducted but it never reflects on the app. It’s been a frustrating experience especially as someone who is always on the go and always needing the card. Most ways I can tap up on load would be from someone else’s phone or at a convenience store. Otherwise, the app is unreliable and inconvenient when the user is alone. What’s worse is that most Beep kiosks have closed down in my area so my sources are really limited. Hope the team can work on improving the experience.

I honestly don’t know where to begin — it feels like the developers or the team behind this app aren’t actual commuters. The app is missing several essential features such as:1.An option to lock or disable the Beep card in case it gets lost or stolen.2.KYC verification keeps getting rejected without any explanation of the reason.3.Important features are limited only to concessionary Beep card users, when in fact most of your users are regular commuters. We deserve to have access to those features as well.4.The app should have a built-in function to deactivate a stolen card immediately.5.We’re already paying a convenience fee, yet this is the kind of service we receive after reporting a lost regular Beep card to your unresponsive helpdesk.6.The FAQ section is very limited and seems to cater mainly to concessionary card users.7. Beep cards should be available to 711 convenience stores or any other convenience stores. Not all commuters ride MRTs some use this for BGC bus.We pay for the convenience fee, we might as well receive it on return

Congrats on the new UI, but the app has become even slower than the version with the old UI. Please also check the notifications tab because there are multiple identical notifications, and when you open them they all contain what seems to be placeholder text. 😬 It says, "It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. The point of using Lorem Ipsum is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters, as opposed to using 'Content here, content here', making it look like readable English." What a frustrating & embarrassing update—please be professionals next time!

The app is good, I just installed it to view the latest transactions but doesnt show. Not sure if date is limited for it to reflect. Also tried to reload via gcash and works well. Need to scan to get the pending load. Doesn’t show loading transactions too. I hope they can also add that in the history. I struggled scanning for balance at first using iphone because I was doing it all wrong. For iphone users just place the card at the top edge of the phone steadily for nfc to work. Hope this helps.
