I just got my beep card and installed this to check my transactions and balance. I sent load thru Paymaya and it didn’t update accordingly so, I was not able to use my card BECAUSE I still need to tap it to e-wallet or vending machine somewhere for the balance to be updated. 😵 Such a hassle for commuters. I hope there is no need of tapping it to e-wallet when you loaded it already. Not all places have e-wallet or vending machine. Beep is a great idea since it’s cashless but please update soon! 🇵🇭

The app is good, I just installed it to view the latest transactions but doesnt show. Not sure if date is limited for it to reflect. Also tried to reload via gcash and works well. Need to scan to get the pending load. Doesn’t show loading transactions too. I hope they can also add that in the history. I struggled scanning for balance at first using iphone because I was doing it all wrong. For iphone users just place the card at the top edge of the phone steadily for nfc to work. Hope this helps.

The KYC application keeps rejecting me because, I GUESS my PRC doesn't look like I do now. Also because PRC ID pictures are quite grainy and ugly. I tried using my passport but it keeps asking for the BACK OF THE PASSPORT. What is the back of the passport ID huh? I would take the picture of the back cover of my passport and of course it couldn't recognize it as an ID. Do you guys pay your app developers enough to even test the features? hahahaha. It's quite fast for me but the scanning and reviewing the info via scanning IS slow. Nice UI, maybe try and hire GCash's card recognizer and app developer.
