Good Job on the Updates
This happens a lot of time. They have good customer service that replies quickly, but the deducted amount will only be credited to your account for like 2-3 business days, and if it happens everytime then you have to wait for a long time to get your money back... and they reply only if you follow up. The bug is that the transfer does not proceed after input of OTP. It's just loading, then you got logout of the app. Once it opens again, and try to input the OTP it says "not enough balance" and that the amount was already deducted. Or "genera server error". Should fix this. The money should only be deducted once the otp is verified correctly. Isn't that what it should do? Also, some buttons are not working...you have to click like multiple times. This is a nice and beneficial app but it just seems to have a lot of bugs needed to fix, if you sure want to cater a lot of users in the long run these needs to be fixed. It just doesn't seem trustworthy as of the moment. Sure most of mobile banking app doesn't too, but atleast maintain the security. Enhance customer service. Faster turnaround, like within 24 hours.. cause some people need that money asap!!!

FEEDBACK
I appreciate the app so much because of its cheap fees to other banks and also works like gcash, can pay bills and all. The only downside is the OTP sent to my number, it takes about 8-10mins before I received it. This does not just happen once. Everytime I do transactions like buying load or transferring money to my other accounts, I have to press resend OTP over and over again and wait for atleast 10mins before I get to have an OTP. This is an inconvenient in my part. Hopefully the RCBC team can check on this matter.

Not Recommended
I recently lost 2000 pesos in a frustrating experience with DiskarTech. On October 8, I attempted to pay two internet bills through their app. However, at the final step, I received an error message indicating that the transaction could not be processed. Naturally, I assumed the money would remain in my account since the app explicitly said the payment couldn't go through.
I switched to GCash and successfully paid the bills. But when I checked my DiskarTech account the next day, October 9, I saw a debit memo that had almost wiped out my savings. As a student with limited funds, this was a huge blow. I contacted RCBC, only to be told that their bank and DiskarTech have separate customer service departments, so I had to reach out to DiskarTech via email.
I immediately emailed them, and after a back-and-forth, they claimed the payment had gone through, despite no record of an advance payment with our internet provider.
Now, the issue is still unresolved, and despite repeatedly asking for updates, I’ve heard nothing for almost a week. I’m not sure if I’ll ever get my money back. I'm sharing this to warn others about DiskarTech's poor service to prevent anyone else from going through the same frustrating experience.
Ps. Would’ve send 0 rating if possible since that’s what they deserve!!!!!!
