I am leaving a 5-star rating solely for visibility. I applied for and was approved for refinancing, and was initially told the funds would be disbursed to my account within 48 hours. After the 48-hour period passed with no transfer, I submitted a support ticket, which went unanswered. When I finally reached support by phone on the third day, I was informed that the initial transfer had failed due to an alleged issue with my bank account, although my bank confirmed there were no problems on their end. I immediately provided a secondary bank account for disbursement. I was assured the information would be forwarded to the disbursement team. This is now the fourth day, and the new account information has not been updated, and the funds have not been sent. This is really urgent as I need these funds for medication. It should not be this difficult to update account information and complete a disbursement. I urgently request immediate action. Their support is not supporting at all.

They said that after paying half of the loan was posted, borrower is eligeble for re-financing which is a false promise. Also posting of payment takes to long. So if you have plan on reloaning or refinancing it would too long for you to renew since posting of payment is super delayed. It’s not convenient that if you need money you will get it right away here. You have to wait long. What’s worse is that they are giving you false hopes that after paying half of your loan you will be eligible to reloan or renew.

I am not sure what happened kaya 1 star muna kayo. This shoul d be my Third Time na magloan sa inyo and my with my previous loan never ako nagkaproblema like sobrang bilis ng process ng refinance pero ngayon super hassle na. Laging may lumalabas na eligible na ako for refinance since more than 50% na yung payment posted and whenever I see it, nagaapply ako pero auto-cancelled ng system right after iconfirm ang bank details. Merong one time na nag go through sya hanggang sa pinakadulo which is the new loanable amount, super baba given na ang tumaas ang gross pay ko compare sa previous but then pinush ko pa din due to emergency reason kaso after nun auto cancelled na naman ni Savii. Sabi try daw icontact si customer support laging offline and kapag nagkataon na may available na, walang sumasagot tas nagcreate din ng Ticket pero ang laging sagot yung general info and THEEEEN, pagkakita ko sa Dashboard ko under gross pay, 18k nilagay ng system niyo tas net pay 14k??? OKAY lang ba kayoooo??? Based dun sa payslip na sinend ko it's always 28-30k jusmiyo!!! Nagtry din magmessage sa messenger as advised nila sa comment section ng facebook pero wala ding reply. Savii sinsabi niyo hindi ito yung customer assistance na gusto niyong maexperience namin pero apakapanget na nya unlike before tbh. Not sure if may connection ito sa gotyme bank kaya pumanget service niyo

Yet customer service from their end I would like to rate as 1 star. Savii is a hassle free from borrowing money because it was auto deducted from our pay and affiliated with our company. My 2nd time applying was hell. My application was cancelled after they keep requesting my docs for almost everyday for a week with the right pdf format. Their agent never solved my issue and never response on my email after creating multiple tickets, she never solved it. Since the app can’t upload my pdf file and agent asked my payslip that she will be the one to take care of those in their end and will help me but she never did.It’s almost 2 weeks since I applied for a reloan but there’s no updates as of now. My first application was never a hassle compare to this.
