Zero stars dapat eh!! Dapat sa Salmon nato nirereport sa BIR, BSP, & SEC!! Salmon is a scam!! They don’t show complete details in their disclosure statement and full terms and conditions before confirming any loan to ensure you understand the total repayment amount, fees, actual interest, due dates, and how long or installment period you get before you confirm the loan!! They don’t show you those complete details!!! Their Advertises on social media are very misleading!!! Very promising yung Ads nila na pwede ka daw pumili ng term period kung mag aapply ka loan sa kanila pero hindi pala! Hindi nila iniinform!! Di mo talaga malalaman until maexperience mo at maobserve mo yung flow ng system nila within 2 months, grabeh manglinlang itong Salmon nato!!! 30 days lang pala repayment period ko!! Worst is even if you pay the full interest, they would still add up amounts with bigger interest and hidden fees out of nowhere!!! How can people fully pay their Loans kung ganyan paraan ng Salmon!!?? SAGOT!!! imbis na mabawasan yung balance pag nagbayad ka eh mas lalo pa nga palaki ng palaki!!! They don’t even give options for you to pay in installment! I had high hopes in this Salmon App that it would help me boost my small business but no!! Instead of helping you pay the loan na ikagiginhawa mo eh papatayin ka ng Salmon!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!

Data Correction / Disclosing records to someone outside the contract

This app is helpful for people who want to purchase items but cannot pay in cash. I understand the standard process; however, the company lacks proper data validation. During a site visit, their representatives disrespected the people inside the house, even after being informed that I have not lived at that address for a very long time.They also showed individuals who are not listed as my contact references the items I purchased through the app, including my photo while holding my ID. They exposed my personal records and purchase details to people who are not involved in the contract. Additionally, they are still following up on payment for an item that I already fully paid a long time ago.How is this possible? Do the records in your system not match the collectors’ records? Exposing personal records to individuals who are not related to the contract is a clear violation of the Data Privacy Act.

App is quite good but customer service needs improvement

I requested help related to activation of the virtual card because it has been over 24 hours and still pending. The agent keeps on saying that the activation takes up to 24 hours and to wait and I keep on saying it’s been 31 hours since the request. Then the agent told me “Pwede ka ba makahintay? Ongoing pa ang validation”. Is that how you train your agents? I’ve been polite and just wanted to understand if there’s an issue with the request. Please improve your customer service. Thank you.
