Love this app!

I like the overall seamless experience and navigation of this app. Shopping for my family is so easy because the products are well grouped together. Unlike other platforms you tend to see a lot of unnecessary product placements. On edamama you can just focus on browsing and shopping your family needs ❤️

BAD EXPERIENCE ON MY FIRST TIME

I am so frustrated with Edamama, not the product itself. I ordered last January 6 and I was about to receive my order when the courier asked me to pay for COD when I already paid through credit card. I had to return my orders even if I already opened the parcel because the delivery guy said they would be charged and when I called Edamama Fulfillment Center the same day, they said they would update me the next day since it was Sunday which I understood. Come next day, I had to text them just to give me an update.

Today, January 13, I was supposed to finally receive my orders but I couldn't answer my phone because I was working and the courier did not push thru the delivery just because I couldn't answer when they haven't even tried delivering it to my doorstep yet they decided to reschedule the delivery tomorrow. Imagine my frustration. Please choose your courier wisely, Edamama!

Subscription takes effort to cancel

I tried the subscription feature for a diaper. When I decided to cancel it, guess what I found, I discovered I needed to send an email for the cancellation. I then received a couple of emails asking if I was sure. I wasn’t able to respond right away since it’s through email, I don’t regularly check my email, so after 24 hours the cancellation request was cancelled and the subscription still active. Now, every time the subscription schedule is tripped, I get notified that the order needs payment. To cancel it, I need to send them an email. I emailed them but it’s been 24 hours now, no response. So yeah 1 star since subscriptions should not be this hard to cancel.
