Since I used Zennya I’ve been very pleased with the quality of therapists except for their nail care service . They can’t compare to my current online nail service. The problems with zennya gets solved when I report it at once and someone sends a reply to help me . They even give incentives to make up for problems . I just want zennya to impose to it’s therapist to not service clients when they have a cough or cold . I’m happy to continue using zennya so I gave them 4⭐️😄 pls continue to fix your apps favorites option. I can’t seem to edit it or remove someone from favorites . Thanks

The app is still glitchy although the design is amusing. I’m giving a low rating because of my experience last night. I complained about an under timed session and was just given a 50%off voucher for next session. However, the handling of my complaint was not dealt with very well and I asked for the 50% to be applied to this transaction as I don’t see myself booking anytime soon. I think the training of their therapists and customer service reps should be improved and more consistent. You’re providing a service and experience in people’s homes so you should consider applying higher standards. I booked hoping to get a relaxing treatment but was left with an abrupt and stressful situation and felt like my concern was just dismissed. This type of experience just reiterates the value of brick and mortar establishments.

Tried this for the first time in 2016 and it was easy to use and everything went smoothly. From waiting for my therapist to arrive all the way till the end of the massage. Therapist's name was Ruby, she was attentive, courteous, and good at her job. She made sure I knew she was on the way and before starting our session, asked what kind of music I wanted. She was also careful with keeping my bed and sheets clean. Overall, the experience was great. I will definitely book a session again. :)

I love the app as I find it very inconvenient to plan a massage at home. Sometimes I want to extend playing tennis, or have a drink after a game and then it’s annoying to have a booking. With Zennya app, it’s easy to book a therapist when I get in the car and have her arriving within the hour. Most of the therapists are well trained and use the same sequence and strokes during the massage. One thing I very much dislike is the massage oil they are using, it smells and smells even worse the next day.
