UNABLE TO VERIFY ACCOUNT

I am dissatisfied with the recent changes in your system. The option for “representative holder” is suddenly gone, and when I try to confirm as the account holder, the submit button doesn’t appear — it only shows “TAKE,” which makes the process impossible to complete.On top of that, I can’t even change the registered number of the account holder, and that number is already lost. These issues make the service very inconvenient and frustrating. Please fix this as soon as possible.

Last year I had problems logging in MobileAP due to it need the authorization letter from the owner of the meter. However, we do not know of his whereabouts so I haven’t got the chance to use the app. But I happen to find out that they removed the feature so I tried it again early this year because I decided to pay for our electricity na so my parents will not mind of the expenses here sa house. It has been so convenient for me. Life-changing kumbaga because I need not to go to the nearest payment center in order to pay for our electricity. Sauna mag 7/11 pa or MLhuillier which is far sa amo balay. I just need to link my account and viola, processed na ang payment Plus I also recommended it to my boyfriend and found out that they have been using the app ever since katong launching since I told them about it before. Mao sad ila gi use for knowing the bill sa ilang mga tenants

This app is truly a great example of innovation. I still remember how tiring it used to be to pay my utility bills at service centers. I always had to rush because the centers are not open 24/7.
