7. Find the nearest Meralco Business Center or Bayad Center

Please note that the Meralco Mobile app requires access to the following services to operate properly:
* Camera: Allows the Meralco Mobile app to access your device’s camera. You can use your camera to take photos and upload together with your reports on brownouts, busted lights, leaning poles, etc.
* Storage: Allows the Meralco Mobile app to access the media library of your device for you to attach photos / videos when reporting brownouts, busted lights, leaning poles, etc.
* Location: Allows the Meralco Mobile app to access your location to show nearby Meralco Business Centers and Bayad Center branches.

Needs a lot of improvement

This app is only helpful in viewing bill and account details but when it comes to payment, there should be more payment options like GCash.
There shouldn't be any transaction fees to encourage more users to pay their bills using this app.
Option to enroll in paperless billing should also be available in this app, instead of making us go to Meralco online.
Users should also be able to easily report any outages or service problems through the app.
I hope you can make all the necessary improvements for better user experience and service.

Worst app

You have the worst app. I swear. I tried registering my account using my Gmail email add and I got an error message saying “I have unlinked” my account. Who in the right mind would want to unlink an account during a REGISTRATION PROCESS? You have to take in consideration that not all of your users would remember if they have an existing acount set up. In my case, it looks like my siblings did it under my email add.

Ok, i tried other options of loging in. I tried using my facebook account which i deactivated by the way. When I tried loging in, i was able to get through, but the account service id was not associated with it. If it is that easy doing in a facebook account, why not using a gmail account? Plus it activated my disabled account. Thanks for nothing.

If I can rate your app with 0, that's what I will give. I wasted an hour just to figure out how can I use your stupid app.

Just a suggestion. Try improving your checks when your app connects to your database. Instead of “unlinking” an email address, why don't you flash an error message saying “this email has been used already”, atleast it gives your users the idea that tbe email was already used before. Piece of crap

Working in real time! Awesome! Updated price too

Please include total time of usage for air-con since the appliance is usually set in timer. In that sense no need for real time calculation sometimes.

Or my suggestion is to add a selection tab or choice set to numbers person in the house. Then indicate their daily routine and time usage of their specific activity with appliances. In that sense, a sample page for studio type/2bedroom or simply condo users may check their bills better.

Trying to save the 🌏 by minimizing my ⚡️ consumption.
