HASSLE when you put the wrong password 2x

It is quite normal for people to “guess” their passwords since we don’t open GOV Apps as much as social platforms.The pop-up says I either need to 1. Go to the branch since my account got closed, or 2.) Call the number shown in screen.I think 2-3 attempts is too short considering it collects information to questions (upon creating an account) that only the owner of the account knows. What ia the point of those if they aren’t using it for the app?

If the end user will be shifting to new device and forgot the password, they will give you the option to call or to visit the nearest branch. However, if you will attempt to call, they will just advice you to go to the nearest branch and no chance of unlocking it thru calls. Whatta Joke! Such a waste of load and time. If youre an employee, you will need to file for a leave to process this since their business hour will be from 8-5. Or have the option to call the hotline to have them check to whatever you wanted to view from your locked virtual account. But you have to load your network as charges will really apply. Either ways, the end user will have to sacrifice for this inconvenience.

I suggest if we could also change email address when login online or thru app. I already update my email address via pag ibig office but still when tried to login it is still the old address was link. hoping this will resolved because it is a waste of time when updating contact details physically in your office but still when login and resetting the password was sent to the old email address useless online. And the operator said there's no option to update online only in the branch and it still not be updated the email address and mobile because you are using old version. it is already 2 months ago.

As the day goes on, I am becoming increasingly dissatisfied with the service they offer. You have to wait eight hours and line up early to change your information on your account, which is something that can be done online with ease, but they don't let us. We pay for our monthly contribution out of pocket, but getting a loan is really difficult. It's a little unfair that you charge interest on our loan when they have a difficult time providing us with prompt service. We were let down by this service. The fact that you have our money and won't let us utilize it is practically unacceptable.
