I paid 500 pesos last aug 14 cause that was the minimum payment. So my available balance was 600+. Now when i checked the app it became 200 pesos? How come? You guys are charging me too much l. 300 pesos for interest??? Then another 500 pesos for minimum payment?? Youre app and your company is not user friendly. Too much payment and interest. So unfair

Do not ever trust Salmon Finance! They will trap you with abusive and unfair overcharge interest. At first, they make it look like they’re helping, but once you’re tied in, they keep squeezing money out of you with ridiculous fees and endless harassment.Worse, if you get a phone under their financing, they will SPY on you. Yes—Salmon Finance spies on your personal phone, blocks your apps, and invades your privacy just to pressure you into paying more. This is not only unprofessional, it’s abusive, illegal, and a total scam.Stay away from Salmon Finance. Protect your money, protect your privacy, and don’t let them trick you like they did to me. This company is nothing but a scam full of harassment and spying.

App is quite good but customer service needs improvement

I requested help related to activation of the virtual card because it has been over 24 hours and still pending. The agent keeps on saying that the activation takes up to 24 hours and to wait and I keep on saying it’s been 31 hours since the request. Then the agent told me “Pwede ka ba makahintay? Ongoing pa ang validation”. Is that how you train your agents? I’ve been polite and just wanted to understand if there’s an issue with the request. Please improve your customer service. Thank you.

Deleting because of red flag policy

I read through policy and terms of service. If you don’t want to use the service anymore and request to have your account deleted, they will want to keep your data for the purpose of “complying to Philippine laws against anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing, etc”… even if the data you’ve given is authentic and all. But there is also a Philippine law that states you can request your data deleted under Data Privacy laws but they are guising their policies under Philippine laws. They will also ask for permission over your phone. Tsk tsk. Pls don’t download and try. Save yourself from that.
