Hopefully the option to let us cash in through our banks will be available, I am always checking the app from time to time but the option is still showing 'Coming Soon' for quite a while now. It will actually lessen the hassle, especially going on to branch ,waiting in the line just to do cash in. So far app is helpful.Will be waiting for this update, hopefully sooner as possible.Thank you.

This has been one of the most stressful and frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with a finance app.I transferred a large amount of money using QRPh/InstaPay, expecting the transaction to be processed promptly. Instead, my money has been stuck in “Pending” status with no clear explanation, no updates, and no assurance of when the issue will be resolved.When I contacted customer service, I was shocked to be told that the transaction could take up to 5 business days to process. Five business days for an InstaPay transaction? That completely defeats the purpose of using a supposedly fast digital payment service. To make matters worse, today is Saturday, meaning the waiting period could feel even longer while my money remains inaccessible.What makes this even more disappointing is the lack of urgency. We’re not talking about a small amount of money. This is people’s hard-earned money, and customers deserve transparency, reliability, and timely service. Instead, I was left anxious, frustrated, and wondering whether my funds would arrive at all.A finance app should give users confidence and peace of mind. MCash has given me the exact opposite. If your platform cannot reliably handle fund transfers or provide clear communication when problems occur, then you should not be handling people’s money in the first place.Based on this experience, I have completely lost confidence in MCash and would strongly discourage others from trusting this app with large transactions.

I was sending my issues with this because I cannot log in when they updated it to new version, they told me to go the branch to update my online information. I did go there even though quite busy of my work. The staff told me it was updated. When I try to log in, it still says you entered wrong information. So many times I asked assistance from the customer service in there fb page, but they haven’t resolve the issues. My concern is I still have balance into my account. The security questions were answered correctly bu this system lost my data, it always shows you entered wrong information. What the hell? ! I will not recommend this to my friends and colleagues. It is hassle, not yet ready and I regret registering this app. Huh!!

I can pay all all my bills in just one click! From school tuition payments, water bills, electricity bills and the like , I pay all of them thru this app. For working parent(s), this is sooooo HELPFUL!!! Saves you a lot of Time and effort in going to the physical stores or offices! Transferring andReceiving Money is so convenient. no more long queing lines in the bank nor long waiting time, Likewise, if you need to load up your money, there are a lot of ML branches nationwide!
