Unable to log in when logged into another device

I can't log in on my phone if I leave it logged on in my laptop. Ideally, log in thru multiple devices should be supported because the user would likely not bring their original device around to the hospital.

The physician search is also poorly designed. Users search directly for physicians instead of for branches - but no normal person would want to search up their doctor off the bat, just the closest hospital and the available physicians/disciplines there. Such poor UX.

Bad UI/User Experience

I’ve tried Intellicare (without the Agora app) years ago (company hmo) and my experience was generally good. However, fast-forward today, my experience has been anything but good. A couple of things to point out. Firstly, the Agora app. Has this undergone testing? Because the search engine is practically useless. Case in point: when I type in a name, it doesn’t bring up any results (even if the name of the specialist has been confirmed to be accredited with Intellicare). When you look up “ENT,” what comes up is a list of dENTists and other specialties that contain “ENT,” except for ENT itself. Worse, if you use “Otolaryngologist” which is the current term used to refer to ENTs, the app doesn’t pull any results. I’ve also experienced difficulty in logging in, both in the app and thru the website. The portal is supposed to make it easier for users to look up the services available to them, but so far, I have not really seen its value. What’s more, it can extremely frustrating for people dealing with emergency conditions/cases. It’s like you want your users to figure out something that doesn’t work… Is it the app itself or the database? I guess us users will never know. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Update

After a week of continuous updates, I'm glad to say that the option to view the diagnostic requests is now available. Haven't tried submitting a new request yet since all my lab procedures were already completed during their maintenance. To the developer handling this app, please, do not fix the features that are already working and just focus on enhancing or adding features that would benefit the users. Only issue I had with the app prior to the recent update was the need to verify OTP via email each time you log in which is such as hassle but overall, it has been a useful app prior to the update.
