Logging in
It’s annoying to try and log in all the time just to check my bill and pay for it. Why can’t you use the biometrics for phones or passwords instead of otps? It’s not like you can do much aside from viewing your bill and payment which you’ll need to do eventually. I only use this app because our bill sometimes don’t arrive or arrive late. Instead of making the experience better to encourage payment, you give your users a clunky app that kicks you out every session, you can’t even put multiple accounts.
Change to password based sign in
Look ok..but please change it into password based login instead of pin..im using my no. As a default log in but what if i want to log in tru my computer and i dont have my phone i wont be able to log in..coz the the pin to sign in will be sent to my mobile no...so please just change it to password based sign in..
Please upgrade the app.
Only use this app for checking bill amounts. Other features don't even work. You can't even see the history of transactions. You should add a feature to see the transaction history of payments across other apps. This app is SO cheap. Disappointing.
