Its a scam!
I just bought this pocket wifi from smart because the agent from suncell told me that mypldtsmart app is the most convenient way to check usage and etc. So, here i am signed up for plan but i can’t even add my smart postpaid no. It kept on saying invalid! I bought this pocket wifi for my mom so she wouldn’t be bothered running to the store to get a load and have registered. But now i regret everything! Can i just simply return it get my money back for this lifetime inconvinience it will cause me? Can you please do something about this. Very poor services even the ones anwering your queries from your hotline are not helpful at all. It will take like forever for them to help you with your little concern. Hahaist..

Installed and registered this app and the data booster is nowhere to be found. Called *888 to ask for help and the lady tried to register me to the booster but she herself is experiencing errors. She then transferred me to their technical team because she said they will be able to solve this. But then this technical person experienced error as well and he cannot do anything about it than report the incident and advised me that someone will call me regarding this. Now it’s waiting game and until now I do not have internet.
To my great surprise and utter disappointment, I was billed thousands of pesos for unauthorized online gaming charges which accumulated over a long period of time and the useless app could not even show or indicate the breakdown of the charges. I had to go to a Smart store to see what happened why my bill was surprisingly shoot up way beyond my usual monthly subscription fee. So so angry and disappointed...calling the National Telecommunications Commission to look into this...
