To say that this app is useless is being too kind.

First of all, stores don’t accept your this version of paperless Sodexo GC. A lot of them don’t even know this app exists. Rolling out a paperless app in lieu of your traditional paper GCs that is not even fully functional is like shooting yourselves in the foot. I really don’t understand why you released this program when your customers can’t do anything with it. It’s infuriating. We have MONEY in your app and we can’t even use it! It’s not accepted in The SM Store, SM Savemore, SM Appliances, Watsons, Abenson, Robinsons Appliances, and too many more to list here. I mean, I would understand if this thing is not accepted in other stores - but in SM and SM affiliates??? Really mind-boggling.

Second, this app doesn’t even work properly! It doesn’t let you log in. When you log in, it says some BS about contacting the Support Team because “something went wrong.” But that Support Team seems to be non existent. They don’t reply to anything, they don’t do anything. Same with your Customer Service which is also useless.

So for those of you who are even remotely thinking of going paperless with Sodexo by downloading/using this app, I have one advice for you: DON’T.

I’d like to give a score of this app with negative stars. But the rating system doesn’t allow me too.

A life-changing app!!!

Thank you so much, Sodexo Philippines for bringing this into reality. Most and especially because now mostly everything & anything going through online. This is such a great job! The app is very helpful and useful, I was not intimidated to download it at first since it’s very accessible, helpful, useful, resourceful for us. I believe it has powerful features and will also improve, thanks for letting us review your amazing and awesome app! As a student, online freelancer, work from home mom, sister, daughter, mommy, etc., I know this would help me a lot more and make every transactions easy as possible. I’ve always been afraid of stocking money on wallet, on my bag that’s why this is such a big purpose! I believed that Sodexo is designed and meant for a purpose than just a transactions. I know that this is possible to take hold of opportunities available through Sodexo app. I found out about this app and just wanted to make this long shot review. This app creates awareness and understanding about people’s different perspectives on a deeper level. It opens our minds to get started, see things and emphasize the reality we may never become aware of. I also know that this app would serve as an encouragement to people with similar financial capabilities and trust the process.

Very convenient

This is very convenient. I was actually reading the comment section and saw a lot of 1 star reviews on this app. People complaining about needing an internet connection to use it, or about some stores not accepting it. It’s common sense.. This is a digital platform, of course we need a stable connection to use it just like any other digital payment platforms. It is also understandable that not all stores can accept this. Heck, even the e-wallets are not accepted at ALL stores nationwide. But the thing is, the reason why I gave this app a 5 star is because of its user friendly interface. Our company is kind enough to provide allowances to us via Sodexo+ and boyyy… This is very easy to use. I can also share the credits to my wife without any fees! The best part of it? Me and my wife loves online shopping and there is this feature in the app where you can convert your credits to Lazada, Foodpanda, Shopee and Grab!
