Ratings and Reviews
App needs improvement
I have been a user of the Al Habib Banking app for a while now and have found it to be quite useful. However, the latest update has caused some issues. The app takes a long time to load and I often have to restart it several times before it works properly. This has been quite frustrating and inconvenient.
I suggest that the developers look into this issue and work on resolving it as soon as possible. It would also be helpful to add a feature that allows users to report issues or bugs within the app, so that such issues can be resolved more efficiently.
Overall, I appreciate the efforts of the Al Habib Banking app team to provide a reliable and efficient mobile banking service, but improvements are needed in the latest update.
Updates and Face identity
So many updates
Every once in a while when I open app it doesn’t work anymore cz app has got a newer version which is must to be downloaded when no new features are really added at all; why then do I have to waste my mbs😤
Also everytime I login using password I’m told to activate Face identity option but it doesn’t really work cz when I enter password to enable it only one face identity is allowed to open app and next time I open App it requires me to enter pass to enable that again even immediately after log out or shutting app
Like it even wastes more time ratehr than saving! Also updating app multiple times haven’t helped🫥
The Great Litter
If you want to send online funds because it saves time then trust me it’s not. I was trying to make fund transfer for an online purchase and my order was cancelled because I can’t make a payment in 25 mint. The iOS mobile app wasted not only my 25 min but a great deal that I was having. When I logged in this app it take 3 to 4 min for otp verification. After that when I clicked on instant transfer and fills the form and hit on pay button the app was loading for 10 min and after 10 min it’s gave me nothing. This all kind of stuff is so messed up and make you angry.
Why the bank introduced this app. This app is a great litter. The intermediate students can create better then this app. This app is so much time consuming and some times it’s go down from the server.
