Bykea used to be my go-to app when it comes to bike ride. Just used this app today after a long time and the app is not working at all. I searched for a ride and it bombarded me with notifications about the offers from drivers. Plus, after accepting the offer it still does not show that the ride has been accepted. Driver call me and asked for location then I got to know that the ride has been accepted. Add Balance button not working either. This app used to be good but this offers thing is just not required. I would just like to request a ride and want somebody to accept it. Nothing more.

3 months and there is the same issue my drop off location is coming wrong when i complete the ride it gets the opposite building location and that is why i have to pay 3 to 4 km extra charge everytime. I have been complaining about this since 3 months and no one has resolved my issue. They just say it will be resolved. I don’t know when will you guys take your customers seriously 0 stars for your hospitality and 0 for customer support. Hoped to get good services but no all support agents are just female so that nobody will get hyper. I don’t know what tactics the company is using but all i can say is you need to work on these issues. The ios app is still buggy it doesn’t picks up the ride number when complaining from bookings. The support always asks for number and i have to provide screenshot to him as i cannot even copy the ride number myself. Pathetic service and app

This app is the worst thing ever happened to pakistan. I cant believe this app has too many glitches. Sometimes it get stuck when i try to book a ride. And then the ride wont cancel even after refreshing the app too many times. Sometimes i wat for the rider for more than an hour. Cant even canvell it but the rider doesn’t arrive. Sometime the server is tooo slow to redirect the app. The fare has increased drastically over the past few months. I used this app to deliver my brownies. But now i have stopped using it and moved to indrive. Indrive is so far the best one with not a fastest delivery service provider. Shame on this bykea company. People are literally stopped using it because of the fare bykea is offering. Literally above 500 for some places. And i delivered in minimum 300 with indrive.

Please include a chat option in the app. It’s annoying when riders text u on whatsapp. Why do you even ask for the address when u r not going to provide it to your riders anyway? Every time i book a ride the rider would ask me to give all of the details all over again over whatsapp and i do not feel comfortable with the fact that a strange men has my number saved and has my location and address saved on whatsapp . Please train your riders. They dont seem to understand how to use the maps. And most importantly fix your app. Every rider tells me they cant see the details on the app.
