Ever since I registered my Mezzan App it’s been a nightmare. It’s the worst app I have ever used. I have found it to be totally pathetic. It never works properly. I can’t change my password or run my accounts. Every other day my accounts and my debit cards are blocked with out and solid reason.. and the help line just simply not helpful at all. I am using Alfalah bank and y apps and debit cards since years.. never ever had a problem. I met hundreds of people who have same problem with this Meezan pathetic On line banking nightmare. I have finally decided to close all my Meezan cards and accounts gor good. Don’t need headaches in my life with a third rate banking app and system at Meezan. Your ratings are all false. And your services are pathetic. After getting my accounts and cards blocked 7-9 times who needs Meezan bank. Faisal bank and Alfalah are great. You see now every nick name I punch it says it’s taken.. what crap!! 15 nick names and it won’t register my comments on purpose!! It’s all pre planed not to register a serious complaint . Won’t accept the nick name so won’t register my comments. Amazing. Because I rated your bank zero you won’t register my comments .. how wicked!!

Worst experience ever!

Its been 3 weeks since I have not been able to login through meezan bank ios app. The username/pass works fine but each time I try to login on app it gives me error and blocks my account.

Their customer support is absolutely pathetic. I lodged a complaint and been told that they will solve the issue within 7 days, within 3 days I got the email that they closed the ticket without even contacting me.

Meezan App Improvement

I have been using Meezan App for more than 5 years. In parallel I also have used other bank apps as well.
Recently there is a lot of problem in term of logging in meezan app. Most of the time there is a connection problem.
Adding benfitiery to account and sending money to new individual is a big hassle. You get a confirmation call and by the time the calls ends, your transaction has also expired. And you are stuck in a loop.
Options in the app very limited and not user friendly. I cannot generate tax certificate from the app, and similarly there are many options that are easily available in other banking apps but are either not available or are available but not with user friendly access. I would suggest to developer team that they should look at the interface of "HBL Mobile Banking App" and "Easypaisa App". Both are equipped with numerous services through app and have friendly user interface.
